It is with deep sadness that we learned of the death of Doug Desorcie. Doug was a UAF alumnus and served as the president of the college from 2005 to 2012, when PWSC was separately accredited. Doug was an amazing advocate for the college who gave his time and talent to serve students and the Valdez community as a whole. He will be greatly missed by so many lives he touched.
