Effective tonight, March 17, at 6 p.m. each of the six Alaska Pioneer Homes will be closed to all visitors – including family – to protect residents from being exposed to COVID-19. Homes will work with residents to maintain contact with loved ones through other means, including online, Skype/FaceTime, and over the phone.
