Trapping Safety Class – November 2, 6:00 pm, Valdez Civic Center Conference Room
The Valdez Municipal Code requires that all persons who trap within the City limits must register with the Valdez Police Department. At the time of registration trappers must show proof of completion of an approved trapping safety class and possess a valid trappers license issue by the State of Alaska. The required safety class will provide information on trapping safety, and a map of areas within the city limits where trapping is allowed or prohibited.
