The Kelsey Dock – Valdez, AK – Saturday August 22nd
12 Noon – The Valdez Homeschool Choir is a group that believes that music is meant to be shared, and is open to anyone in the community. Members range from small kids to adults.
12:45- Shane Kimberlein- The musical love child of Loenard Cohen and Charlie Chapin plays folk, blues and ballads. Original songs scattered with a chance of covers.
1:30 – Caitlin Auble – A cup of tea for the musical soul.
2:15 – Roy “Coconut” Corral – A fingerpickin’ folksinger, who plays and sings familiar tunes from the days of Lightfoot and Dylan, prefers the melodic style in his interpretation of Americana music
3:00 – Hannah Corral – One-(whoa)-man band of a playful nature
3:45 – Brudog and the Sibs – A little folk, a little alt country and a bit of indie pop
4:30 – Flora Walters and Mickey Radditioch – Contemporary acoustic guitar and vocal
5:15 – The Whiskey Jacks – Whiskey Jacks are a post-modern string band of musical omnivores plying the high seas of song in search of the best to bring back to their audience. Mixing rocking fiddle tunes, ancient love songs and well-crafted original material, they deliver a high-energy blend of irresistible sound that leaves audiences dancing
6:30 – The Future Babes – Valdez’s favorite party band is sure to rock the joint!
8:00– Alaska ThunderFunk – Blending rock, hip-hop and funk, ATF never fails to get arms in the air and behinds shaking.
10:00 – Big Fat Buddha – Big Fat Buddha offers music in flavors that satisfy rock, funk, soul, and even bluegrass aficionados. They provide fans with hours-long live shows that leave crowds thoroughly satisfied and exhausted.
