Alaska Native Veterans who served from Aug. 5, 1964 – Dec. 31, 1971, are invited to come to the BLM Glennallen Field Office August 30 from 10 a.m. – 4 p.m. for an application, wills, and personal representative clinic to help eligible veterans or their heirs in the Glennallen area apply for up to 160-acre land allotments. Alaska Legal Services will be there to help with wills, and the Bureau of Indian Affairs will be on hand to help with probate matters and what happens after applicants receive their land.
